One cat per entry keeps judging and registry assignment fair. Multi-cat households may submit separate entries.

Name, species, personality, habits and the family details no photograph can show.
03Choose their possible life
Suggest a profession, Outer Alley location and the music that sounds most like them—or let us decide.
04Submit the official entry
Your email is used to administer the contest and deliver results. Joining the Signal is separate and optional.

✓Submitted cats do not become Alley Forms house characters.
✓Cat likenesses are not placed on shirts, posters or products for sale.
✓Private owner information is never displayed in the public registry.
✓Selected artwork is created as a personal prize and directory feature.

Although some cats naturally look similar, Outer Alley does not use submitted cats as the source for its independent commercial characters.

Entries open Friday, September 18, 2026 and close Sunday, October 18, 2026. The Founding Nine will be revealed Friday, October 30, 2026. Eligible locations, winner notification procedure and the complete official rules will be finalized before the public contest launch.
